By accessing or using AdAutomate (adautomate.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AdAutomate is a rules-based ad copy generation tool for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Users enter brand information and receive ready-to-use ad copy variants with headlines, descriptions, calls-to-action, and hashtags.
You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One person — one account; sharing accounts is prohibited.
AdAutomate offers a Free plan (3 generations per day, no team features) and a Pro subscription at 4 EUR/month (unlimited generations, team accounts, bulk CSV upload, priority support). Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — access continues until the end of the billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are provided at our discretion. To request a refund, contact support@adautomate.online within 14 days of payment.
You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; share your account credentials; generate content that violates intellectual property rights, defames others, or promotes hate speech. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AdAutomate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
You retain full ownership of the ad copy you generate. AdAutomate claims no rights over the content produced through the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
AdAutomate operates as a technical service provider under French and EU law (LCEN 2004-575, GDPR). We process brand information and URLs solely to generate ad copy. We do not store, index, share, or sell your generated content or brand data beyond what is necessary to provide the service. Users retain full ownership of all generated ad copy. We do not provide legal, financial, marketing, or professional advice. All data processing occurs on EU servers (Hetzner, Germany/Finland).
These Terms are governed by French law (EU). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Strasbourg, France.
