We collect the following information: email address and name (when you register), URLs and brand information you submit for ad generation, usage data (number of generations, features used), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device info) for security and analytics.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service, process PayPal subscription payments, improve our generation templates and algorithms, send occasional service updates (you can opt out), detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized access.
All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not see, store, or process your credit card details. PayPal transmits a payment confirmation with your email and subscription ID, which we store to maintain your subscription status. PayPal's privacy policy applies to the payment process.
We use essential cookies only: session_token (maintains your login session) and anon_limit (prevents anonymous rate-limit bypass, 24-hour expiry). No tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies are used.
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Hetzner, Helsinki/Falkenstein). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Connections are encrypted via TLS. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is purged within 30 days.
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The URLs and brand information you submit are used only to generate your ad copy and are not shared. We do not use AI API services — all generation is done locally via rules-based templates.
Under EU law, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten), restrict or object to processing, export your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, email support@adautomate.online. We will respond within 30 days.
Account data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account remains active until you request deletion. Generation logs are anonymized after 12 months for aggregate statistics.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
